Men’s Bathrooms: From fixing malfunctioning doors to improving air circulation, your support will bring much-needed upgrades.

Dear Esteemed Members of Our Community,

As the year draws to a close, we reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared and the progress we’ve made together. Yet, there’s still much to do, and we need your support more than ever in our end-of-year fundraising campaign. Your contributions will play a vital role in a variety of crucial projects that will not only enhance our facilities but also enrich our community experience.

Here’s a glimpse of the projects your donations will support:

Infrastructure Enhancements: From shredding outdated documents to reorganizing offices, cleaning cabinets, and maintaining our facilities, your support will help us ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment.
Safety and Aesthetics: We aim to securely store important documents and give our masjid a fresh, welcoming look with an exterior paint job. Professional signs for various sections like the Main Office, Prayer Hall, and Islamic Library will also contribute to a more structured and inviting space.
Office and Facility Upgrades: Reconstructing the front office, installing matts to prevent fungus, and acquiring a commercial shredding machine are just a few of the upgrades that will streamline our operations.
Technology and Communications: We’re looking to modernize with cash counting machines, updating our newsletter, and revamping our website to keep you informed and connected.
Maintenance and Repair: Urgent repairs like fixing the vent in the men’s bathroom are also on our list, ensuring comfort and hygiene for everyone.

Action Items to Anticipate:

Front Desk Hire: We are in the process of strengthening our team by hiring a front desk staff member, enhancing our capacity to serve you better.
Varied Fundraising Causes: This campaign is unique – you have the opportunity to contribute to specific causes close to your heart, such as painting the masjid, fixing the outside Wudu area, planting trees, and supporting refugees in their journey of family, children, education, and Iman preservation.
Enhancing Donations: We plan to introduce more donation boxes and card readers, making it easier for you to contribute.
Community Engagement: Look forward to our once-a-month community breakfast, starting this December 30th, featuring cuisines from different Muslim regions, fostering unity and friendship.

Your generous donations, big or small, make a significant impact. Together, we can continue to build a community space that is not only functional and beautiful but also a beacon of hope and unity.
